Job Summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled DataPower Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, measuring, providing support, and reporting on performance, capacity, and overall DataPower.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support system solutions to support business requirements in moderately complex/critical environments.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and best practices through proactive monitoring of components and tools deployed globally.
  • Contribute to the unit's objectives by actively engaging in projects and operating as a DataPower subject matter expert.
  • Participate in ITIL processes for change, incident, problem, currency, and configuration management.
  • Provide analysis to support continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team.
  • Assist in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational methods and workflows by identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements.
  • Perform high complexity analysis, design, development, and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents.
