Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Ottawa Heart Imaging Inc.

Job Summary

The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization, conducting quality audits, developing quality management and quality assurance standards, and proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of the establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures related to compliance
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on compliance-related matters
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
