At Spice 72, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Professional to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with a salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on location and experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Take orders from customers and serving staff, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Serving It Right Certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent multitasking and time management skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a busy bar setting.
