Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Organizational Development team at St. Mary's General Hospital. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that prepare, support, and equip leaders, staff, and physicians across our merging hospitals to engage and embed changes across business processes, systems, job roles, and organization structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational change initiatives
- Provide coaching and training to leaders and staff on change management best practices
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to engage and inform stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, I/O psychology, human resources, or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience designing, developing, and managing organizational change and engagement efforts
- Exceptional social intelligence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership
