About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Counsel to join our team at The Hum Law Firm in Toronto. As a key member of our Employment Law practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from wrongful dismissal claims to human rights applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to employers and employees
  • Conduct workplace investigations and develop legal strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Manage files independently and efficiently, with minimal support
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of complex legal issues
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, with French language skills an asset
  • Strong advocacy skills, including written and oral advocacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
