About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Dakota Holdings. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a team and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
