About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our West Fleet Team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on our company fleet vehicles, adhering to DOT and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medium and heavy-duty diesel tractor and trailer vehicles
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle reliability and safety
  • Respond to service calls and perform repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Qualifications
  • Red Seal Mechanic Certification is required
  • Previous experience as a mechanic with light and heavy equipment is essential
  • 3+ years of journeyman mechanic experience is preferred
  • Class 1 Driver's license is required
  • Experience repairing and diagnosing gasoline, diesel, and propane engines, automotive electrical systems, and material handling equipment is preferred
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude is essential
  • Ability to supply own automotive hand tools (excluding heavy-duty or diagnostic tools)
  • Knowledge of airbrake and electrical systems and components is preferred
  • Experience operating Forklifts is preferred
