About the Role:

Customer Service Representative

Cineplex's Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Our Customer Service Representatives have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre's daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve theatre goals and objectives.
  • Perform a range of duties including, but not limited to, operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills and balancing inventories.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of theatre operations.

Requirements:

  • You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • You enjoy the flexibility evenings and late nights can afford you.
  • You enjoy variability in your job.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.
