Quality Assurance Specialist

HNM Logistics Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff, and other engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze costs of production and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs to optimize production processes.
  • Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Recommend corrective or enforcement action to address quality issues.
  • Provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public on quality standards and best practices.

  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
