This position requires an experienced engineer to design and develop control systems for various applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming, mechanical, and electrical problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

You will be responsible for developing software programs, debugging control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve methods of integrating controls technology.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop software programs based on standard ATS programming methods.
  2. Commission control systems at our facility and at customer sites.
  3. Travel to customer and supplier sites to perform installation, commissioning, and training duties.
  4. Select, test, and integrate hardware and software components.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to improve methods of integrating controls technology.
  6. Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets.
  7. Work with customers to solve problems and provide a complete automation system.
  8. Provide thorough testing and documentation for each project.
