We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Wei. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry
- Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to keep the household tidy
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development to promote their well-being
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote their development
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure children receive proper nutrition
- Supervise and care for children to ensure their safety and well-being
- Take children to and from school and to appointments as needed
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children to promote their mental health
- Help children with homework to support their academic development
- Cook meals for the household to ensure everyone receives proper nutrition
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
