At Golderado Contracting Corp, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction. We're looking for a talented Superintendent to join our team, someone who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and direct crews to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and training to General Foremen, Foremen, and other field staff.
  • Collaborate with Safety Advisors to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective construction plans to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of civil construction experience or equivalent.
  • Civil/Underground utilities/Water & Sewer experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
