We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Application Developer to join our team at Techstar Business Consultancy Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 32-40 hours of work per week. A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent, are required for this role. We are open to relocation, but please note that relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate website-related code to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance.
  • Develop website architecture that meets business objectives.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion in website design.
  • Create and optimize content using various graphics, databases, animation, and other software.
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
  • Research and evaluate interactive media software products.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Program special effects software for film and video applications.

  • This role operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • It requires working under pressure, handling heavy loads, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • The ability to distinguish between colors, sound discrimination, and manual dexterity are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
