Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including design, coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including cost reports and progress updates.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and achieve common goals.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to grow the General Contracting division.
  • Manage, mentor, and train internal staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Utilize project management software, such as Autodesk Build and Microsoft Project, to maintain up-to-date project information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the ICI or Condo/Apartment Building industry.
  • Architectural or Engineering diploma or degree is considered an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of CCDC Contracts and Construction Law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and leadership development.
  • Impeccable integrity and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strength in analysis and creative problem-solving.
  • Experience with COR (Certificate of Recognition) is considered an asset.
