The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role in residential real estate, with a strong understanding of Tarion warranties and the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. If you have conducted Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) before and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure that our residents are satisfied with their new homes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and issues.


Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role in residential real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Tarion warranties and the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
  • Experience conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
