Responsibilities

As a Caregiving Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming environment for persons with disabilities;
  • Supporting newcomers and refugees through diversity and cross-cultural trainings;
  • Creating a welcoming environment for youth by providing awareness training to employees;
  • Providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming environment for Veterans;
  • Cultivating cultural competency among all employees to create a welcoming environment for Indigenous workers;
  • Providing workspace accommodations to meet the physical needs of mature workers;
  • Offering diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming environment for visible minorities.
