We are seeking a skilled Power Engineer to join our team at Page Property Management. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in routine systems testing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system problems to identify and implement solutions.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect potential issues.
  • Operate automated or computerized control systems to regulate plant operations.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Requirements:
  • Stationary Engineer 4th Class certification.
  • Experience with alarms, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, electronic controls, generators, HVAC, heat exchangers, high pressure boilers, pneumatic controlled switchboards, pumps, switches, and valves.
  • Knowledge of heating, maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, refrigeration, repair, and ventilation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment:
  • Urban area.
  • Commercial facility.

  • English.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
