Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Provider to join our team at Jessica Greenberg. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all family members.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals to the family.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and emotional development.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation and support.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering a listening ear and a supportive presence.
  • Cook and prepare meals for the family, promoting healthy eating habits and a positive relationship with food.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
