Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role, or equivalent experience.
