Relaxation Therapist Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Relaxation Therapist to join our team at Auberge du Portage. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for administering massage techniques to clients and providing them with a safe and relaxing environment.

As a Massage Therapist, your duties will include:

• Administering various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations.
• Applying finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body to relieve tension and promote relaxation.
• Assessing clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests to determine the best course of treatment.
• Explaining procedures, risks, and benefits to clients to ensure they are fully informed.
• Maintaining accurate records of treatments given to each client.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a temporary position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English or French, and fluency in one of these languages is required.

A certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists is a must-have for this role.
