Chief Advisor IT Risk Management

Join National Bank as a Chief Advisor IT Risk and contribute to the transformation of our organization. As a Senior Operational Risk Advisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the activities of a squad dedicated to managing operational, technological, and cyber risks.
Your Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to operational, technological, and cyber risk management between the squad and the supported IT delivery unit.
- Serve as a reference for squad members and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and plans.
- Present the sector's risk posture to executives and monitor and report on key performance indicators related to risk management.
- Take functional leadership of the squad and drive strategic changes, assessing technological risks related to IT infrastructures, applications, and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to implement security controls and risk mitigation measures and facilitate communication between your team and other departments.
You will be part of a larger team of 8 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its expertise, dynamism, and strong camaraderie. We offer on-the-job learning and personalized training content to help you master your role.
Requirements:- A degree in computer science, risk management, information security, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in risk management, including 2 years in a functional leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST) and security standards (ISO 27001).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead, motivate, and develop your team.
- Demonstrated political acumen and influential leadership.
