Job DescriptionAs an Innovation Architect for Life and Annuities Insurance Solutions, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to meet business requirements.
- You will lead the development and optimization of Ingenium P-Steps, S-Steps, and Flow Files to enhance system performance, streamline business processes, and support seamless data flow across systems.
- You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and conduct thorough analysis of Life and Annuities Insurance processes to identify areas for improvement.
- You will implement standard methodologies in Ingenium Architecture to ensure scalability and reliability and provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ingenium-related issues.
You will also mentor and support junior team members in developing their technical skills and provide expert guidance on Ingenium Data Model to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Ingenium Architecture and related technologies.
- A deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing Ingenium P-Steps, S-Steps, and Flow Files.
- A solid grasp of Ingenium Data Model and its applications.
- Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
Certified Ingenium Professional certification is preferred but not required.
