At Island Health, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Eagle Ridge Manor, a Long-Term Care home on Vancouver Island, BC. As an LPN with us, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and administering nursing procedures.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of $32.84-$44.96 per hour, with 37.5 hours worked per week. You will have the opportunity to work 12-hour shifts, enjoying a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • Perinatal positions require completion of a perinatal education program plus breastfeeding course, or 1 year of recent acute perinatal experience, as well as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within the past 2 years.
  • MHSU positions require completion of additional education as outlined by BCCNM for practice where Mental Health and/or Substance Use disorders are the primary diagnosis.
