A challenging opportunity exists for a dedicated and experienced insurance professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive. Reporting to the Account Executive, this role will involve servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will work closely with the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met. This includes managing the client renewal process, reviewing documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations, and preparing client service summaries and program reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial insurance experience and possess a Level 1 licence. A Level 2 license is preferred, but working towards it is also acceptable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

The Senior Account Development Professional will be responsible for:

  • Servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.
  • Managing the client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team.
  • Reviewing documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  • Preparing client service summaries and program reports.
  • Assisting with establishing account specific service plans and delivery approaches.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive.
  • Exploring opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients.
