We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Math Confidence Prep School. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our business services
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with clients
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing and business development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Electronic mail, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Working Conditions:
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
