As a Sales and Service Expert, you will work with our customers to deliver solutions for lighting, kitchen & bath. You will use a consultative approach to provide world-class service and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with wholesale accounts and retail customers to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to the success of our showroom by growing relationships with customers and the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on design and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inspiring showroom environment.

About You:

  • You are passionate about interior design and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration in delivering excellent service.
  • You are confident in your ability to advise customers on product selection.
  • You are proficient in using computer systems and applications.
