- To plan, coordinate, and assess all aspects of care for cancer clients and their families.
- To provide a continuum of patient care from prevention to survivorship, following the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology (CANO) Standards of Care, Roles of Oncology.
- To collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
- Experience working in an outpatient cancer clinic or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
