Budds' Group of Companies is seeking skilled Technicians to join our team at several locations across Southern Ontario.

We offer a competitive flat rate system and include benefits after a probationary period.

As a Technician with our company, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify repair needs
  • Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor to ensure accurate estimates
  • Communicate additional service requests to service advisor to ensure seamless service
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman to optimize efficiency
  • Provide labor time estimates to service advisor to ensure accurate billing
  • Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Complete detailed documentation for client repairs to ensure transparency
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Attend company and OEM training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
  • Stay current with factory technical bulletins to ensure accurate repairs
  • Understand and follow federal, provincial, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and valid Technician license
  • Valid Driver's License
  • ODP Certified
