Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Casino de Montréal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of inventory control and receiving processes, including data entry, counting, and reporting.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail, as well as track shipments through our messenger service.
  • Procure office supplies and materials on a daily basis for Casino de Montréal, Loto-Québec, and its affiliates.
  • Handle the movement of gaming machines, furniture, and equipment, as well as assemble and disassemble gaming areas.
  • Maintain a permanent inventory of equipment, using computerized stock management systems.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to store and retrieve supplies.
  • Verify that received merchandise matches orders.
  • Ensure that merchandise is stored properly and maintained in good condition and safety.
  • Monitor the delivery of merchandise to ensure it is done according to established procedures.
  • Deliver mail and other items outside the casino using company vehicles.

Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • Carte de cariste (a plus).
Knowledge and Skills
  • Inventory management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of material handling procedures and manual or mechanical lifting.
  • Knowledge of SIMDU regulations.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

  • Ability to perform simple math operations.
