Key Responsibilities

As a Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting foot patrols of buildings both interior and exterior
- Monitoring access control
- Monitoring situations, property, and events
- Sustaining effective relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication skills to deal with challenges and interact with clients and visitors
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

- Good computer skills
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
- Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions

Education and Certification

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security Licence
