About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory Assistant at Lauzon Planchers Bois Exclusifs inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and efficiency.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Support to Production: Perform other laboring and elemental activities as required to support the production team.
Work Environment

As a Factory Assistant, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, punctuality, and initiative.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and hand-eye coordination.
