Job Title: Assembly Line Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Labourer to join our team at Friendlier. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Job Summary:
  • Perform various labouring and elemental activities to support the manufacturing process.
  • Check and weigh materials and products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Record incoming stock and track work orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Sort packages for delivery and prepare them for shipping.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
