Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional with a passion for the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of developing their own processes. A background in the dental field is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning
- Listen to clients' needs, take feedback, and develop personalized processes and solutions
- Take the initiative to identify problems and pitch effective solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the dental industry
- Previous experience as dental technician or dental background highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to listen, take in feedback, and come up with effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
