About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO CANADA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
