Job Title: Material Handler

At PartSource, we're looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and responsible movement of high-quality products to our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abide by Health and Safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in cross-training of distribution functions
  • Operate power equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow assigned work schedules and report any variances to the Crew Lead
  • Verify merchandise to ensure accuracy with paperwork
  • Update warehouse management systems
  • Engage in duties and special projects as required
  • Participate in team-based decision making
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to work with power equipment and learn new equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
  • Able to meet department standards for shift work and physical requirements
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 50ft
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 22 kgs (50 lbs)
  • Ability to walk/stand for up to a 10 hour shift
Compensation:

At PartSource, we offer a competitive base wage of $17.75, company benefits, bonuses, employee discounts, and additional perks. Our compensation package is designed to recognize and reward individual contributions, store volume, location, and other relevant role-specific requirements.
