Job Title: Night Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Cleaner to join our team at the Westin Calgary Airport. As a Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities, providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all guest areas, including rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and well-stocked.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
