About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Analyst to support our Critical Infrastructure team at Parsons Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed budgets for assigned projects.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports to identify variances and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with budget owners and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns and improve savings through effective cost control measures.
- Support the Commercial/Claims team in providing actual and forecasted costs for project extensions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update the risks and opportunities register as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to JV partners and the Executive Committee.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, preferably in complex design/construction heavy civil projects.
- Proficiency in Project Controls Software, Microsoft Office Suite, and JDE/Primavera (P6).
