Awesome Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and Planning: Estimate costs and materials for construction projects, and prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Site Management: Co-ordinate and schedule activities, co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure they are delivered to the site on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Construction.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
