Job Overview

The Sourcing Operations Lead is a key role within Spin Master Ltd, responsible for maintaining procurement policies, processes, systems, and tools. This position requires a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of procurement practices and a proven track record of implementing efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Process owner for the Master Vendor File in SAP, including adding, modifying, and deleting suppliers globally.
  • Manage and maintain the Procurement Website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support and maintain spend cube, including reporting and presenting regular data updates.
  • Support and maintain end-to-end procurement P2P processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present monthly OPEX updates as required, providing insights into procurement performance.
  • Maintain procurement-related policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain communication and training materials, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Good financial and business acumen, with a strong understanding of procurement principles.
  • Procurement/sourcing/supply chain professional certification is an asset.
