Job Title: Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect

This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies. The Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure that solutions meet the business needs of Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and compliance within Microsoft environments, as well as experience in building trust and creating excellent working relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure that solutions meet the business needs of Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and guidelines for Microsoft solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance to junior members of the architecture team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in project planning and management
- In-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices and Microsoft technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and compliance within Microsoft environments
- Experience building trust and creating excellent working relationships with partners and stakeholders
