Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Management
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
    • Recommend menu items to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Table Service
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
    • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Order Taking and Communication
    • Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
