Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fast Food Service Attendant to join our team at DPS Holdings Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring seamless food preparation and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
