Job Overview:


You Name It Custom Embroidery is seeking an experienced Master Pattern Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality master patterns, size variations, and sample patterns for custom embroidery projects.



About the Job:


This is a permanent position that requires 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and strong client focus skills. You will be working closely with our design team to create intricate patterns and designs for various projects.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop master patterns for custom embroidery projects
  • Create size variations from master patterns
  • Lay out master patterns on fabric and cut sample patterns
  • Estimate fabric material requirements
  • Examine sketches, samples, and designs to assess pattern parts and fabric requirements
  • Mark patterns with size, identification, style, and sewing instructions
  • Outline pattern parts and mark details such as pocket placement, pleats, and decorative stitching

Salary and Benefits:


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The primary work language is English, and the location is flexible. However, regular video calls and meetings may be required.
