Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at 1857631 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Supervision and Safety: Supervise other workers, perform safety and security checks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
