We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Dental Claims Specialist to join our team at S I Systems. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing complex dental claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement to our members.
In this role, you will work closely with our dental consultants and other departments to provide expert analysis of complicated or unusual claims. Your strong knowledge of Group Insurance - Dental claims, combined with your experience working in a dental clinic, will enable you to assess dental x-rays and claims, review complex claims for completeness, and produce internal and external correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review complex claims and estimates for completeness and follow processes for incomplete information on claims
- Assess and adjudicate complex claims and estimates
- Meet production and quality standards set for individuals, teams, and department (timeliness, quality, and service)
- Handle external and internal inquiries via written correspondence, emails, and telephone as required
Requirements:
- Experience working in a dental clinic
- Strong knowledge of Group Insurance - Dental claims
- Diploma in Dental Hygiene (CEGEP/College or University)
- HARP certified
