About the Role

The Chief Estimator will play a critical role in the success of Graham's Buildings division, overseeing the estimation process for large-scale projects. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing estimating strategies, managing estimating teams, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
  • Manage and mentor estimating teams to ensure high-quality estimates and efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimating processes align with project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure estimating processes are compliant and efficient
Requirements
  • 20 years of combined field and estimating experience, with at least 5 years of senior estimating experience
  • Leadership responsibility related to ICI-related projects
  • Successful experience in leading $100+ million projects and managing and mentoring estimating teams
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Thorough understanding and proficiency in design-build, IPD, and Construction Management
