Oil Change Technician

We are seeking a skilled Oil Change Technician to join our team at Rathor Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our maintenance crew.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements on heavy equipment, automobiles, and trucks.
- Assist mechanics and other team members with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field; willingness to learn and train.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to heavy equipment and outdoor weather conditions.
