Pharmacy Manager Position in Campbell River, BC

A dedicated and dynamic individual is sought to fill the position of Pharmacy Manager at our Campbell River location. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring seamless delivery of quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications and pharmaceuticals.
- Provide clinical services, such as medication reviews, drug use evaluations, and prescription counseling.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to deliver holistic care.
- Manage inventory and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Lead and develop your team, focusing on training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Identify business strengths and opportunities for growth, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive success.
- Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and regulations governing pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Canadian pharmacist registration in good standing.
- Completion of the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
- Completion of the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
- Possession of current injection certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist.

Compensation Details
$63.00 - $66.00
