Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team at RhynoCare Healthcare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who want to provide excellent nursing care in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities in the Dundas area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure excellent care for residents.
  • Ensure timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Able to work with persons with infectious diseases.
  • BLS Certificate.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR.
  • Proof of current immunizations and negative TB skin test.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
