Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign qualified staff to patients based on factors such as patient preferences, staff availability, and relevant skill sets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate care schedules for patients.
  • Enter and update employee and patient data within our computerized system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and funders through timely and professional communication.
  • Document and report all interactions with staff and patients in a thorough and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • One year of administrative or office experience is an asset.
  • Scheduling experience is also an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families.
